Growing up I use to hear stories of the Yellowstone River from my, “BAPA”, grandpa. He lived in Livingston, MT where he worked at Ideal Bakery on Main Street during the Great Depression. He then earned his apprenticeship working in the back shop of the Northern Pacific Railroad. We spent many hours in the Depot Museum, as well as the Yellowstone Gateway Museum looking up the archives of the Railroad. We found some amazing information. Stay Tuned ! Here are a few shots taken of the Yellowstone River from Sacajwea Park on River Street in Livingston.
